Are you looking for some help with your diet?  We can do that, for FREE.  Yes, I said FREE.  So what’s the catch?  The catch is that your nutrition counseling sessions will be provided to you by an intern of EBNC

Before you click “no thanks” hear me out.  The interns that I mentor are highly skilled.  They are culinary or nutrition students doing their senior dietetic internships, completing their post graduate dietetic internships or in some cases even completing their master’s degrees in nutrition.  The only thing that separates them from an entry level professional is a few more months (or in some cases weeks) of training.

They have my complete trust and I hope that you’ll give them a chance to earn yours too.  If you would like to work with one of my interns, this is how to make it happen.

  1. Contact me through the Contact Page saying you’re interested in working with an intern.

  2. I will coordinate a time for the three of us to meet in person or on the phone.

  3. We will negotiate a plan of action based on your own unique needs to help you meet your dietary goals.

  4. My intern will now work with you as a client based upon your needs and the length of the internship.  You can meet as little or as often as the two of you prefer.

  5. The primary services provided to you will be very similar to the services I provide via The Science of Dieting; however, additional services can be worked out between you and the intern.

  6. I will check in with my intern to see how thing are going on a weekly basis.

  7. At the end of our agreement, we would greatly appreciate any feedback you have for us to improve our services and professionalism.

We thank you so much for giving our interns experience in performing one-on-one nutrition counseling.  This type of experience cannot be replicated in a classroom and for that we very much appreciate you helping us out.  Hopefully you find your experience to be a good one as well.
